Lead Physiotherapist

 
 

Rich is not your usual Physiotherapist. His curious and adventurous nature has lead allowed him to accumulate over 15years of post graduate experience across 4 continents.

A passion for unconventional environments have seen him work with individuals from diverse backgrounds whilst maintaining a focus on the complete holistic development of the individual who is always at the centre of the rehabilitation process. With 12 years experience of a variety of elite sporting environments, Rich is aware of the demands placed upon sportsmen and women whether professional, amateur or recreational.

UK trained and registered with the CSP, HCPC, Rich has experience in the private, public and sports sectors of the UK, Europe, Africa, Caribbean and Asia. 

Rich is responsible for creating Retreats, itineraries and rehab plans whilst with us.

Some organisations Rich has worked with include: AFA Marbella, Crystal Palace, Millwall, Charlton Athletic, Right to Dream, FC Nordsjælland, Brighton Blues, Sussex Rugby and the Montserrat National Team.

Fran

Women’s Health Physiotherapist

 
 

Fran specialises in Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological health and has a strong interest in caring for active women at all stages of life.

Raised in the wild outdoors on the West Coast of Canada, Fran deeply understands the importance of movement and function as an essential part of well-being. She has worked on-site at major global sporting events, in hospitals, and at private clinics. She is a registered Physiotherapist in Canada, the US, the U.K. and Singapore.

Fran leads our online Women’s Health services whilst advising on retreats, itineraries and rehab plans.

When not working, she is racing Ironman triathlons, searching for adventure all while running a busy clinic in Vancouver.

Adam

Senior Physiotherapist

 
 

Adam has a passion for returning people to full function through a mixture of hands-on techniques and exercise and movement lead interventions. His focus is on musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, with an emphasis on the lower limb.

Having qualified from the University of East London in 2009 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy after a Diploma in Human Biology from the University of Huddersfield he is registered with both the CSP and the HCPC. Since graduating, Adam has held various roles in the sporting world and he is currently Head of Medical Services at Charlton Athletic. He has held various roles in private healthcare alongside his sporting commitments.

Adam holds further qualifications in taping, soft tissue manipulations, spinal manipulation, anthropometry, shockwave, mulligan, acupuncture and dry needling.


Kem

Lead Performance Coach

 
 

Kemal holds his Bachelors in Sports Science and Masters in Strength and conditioning, he is also a British Association of Sports and Exercise Science SE accredited member and an internationally recognised Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.

He has spent the past 15 years working with a vast range of sports and athletes; from University level women’s badminton to international level rugby players, and everything else in between. Kemal currently works full time for West Ham United FC as the Head of Physical Development at West Ham United Women and specialises in return to play, injury prevention and performance enhancement measures.
